Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jonathan Adler purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom furniture, direct-ship items, and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided return packing slip to ensure a smooth refund process.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number for reference until your refund is processed within 10-14 business days.
